Madison are pleased to announce a distribution partnership with the most popular energy drink in the world, Red Bull - supplying the UK’s core sports market. The brand will sit prominently within the Madison portfolio, complimenting existing brands and marketing activities. Red Bull will officially be launched to the trade at Madison's upcoming iceBike* tradeshow on the 23rd – 25th February.

Commenting on the agreement, Madison CEO Dominic Langan said, “Madison has so many synergies with Red Bull especially through our sponsored riders in cycle, MX and snow. It makes perfect sense to join forces. For our customers, Red Bull makes a great partner and has helped us create a strong retail package to ensure product placement in this core action sports sector.

Hailed as the ‘original’ energy drink, Red Bull first appeared on the Austrian market in 1987 and has since gone from strength to strength, rolling out to the international market in the mid to late 90’s and establishing itself as a truly global brand.

There isn’t an action sport in existence which Red Bull hasn’t got strategically placed, highly visible representatives more often than not sitting comfortably towards the top of the rankings. The list of sports in which a Red Bull presence is apparent is endless, including all facets of skate, winter, adventure, aerial, water, bike, ball and motor sports.

The brand supports so many of the big names and personalities in core sports, including the Athertons, Travis Pastrana, Ryan Sheckler, Jamie Nicholls, Paddy Graham, Sebastian Keep, Kye Forte, Robbie Maddison, Corey Martinez, Travis Rice, Cyril Despres, Danny Macaskill, James Stewart, Mat Rebeaud, Stefan Everts, Tanner Hall and Daniel Dhers to name but a few!
